How does shipping work with multiple vendors?

When you place an order containing items from different vendors (e.g., a Radio from Vendor A and Suspension from Vendor B), your order is automatically split and processed by each vendor individually. This means:

  • You receive separate tracking numbers for each vendor shipment.
  • Items will arrive in separate packages at different times.
  • Shipping fees are calculated based on each vendor's shipping policies.

Where is my order shipping from?

Your order will ship directly from the inventory and warehouse of the respective vendor for each item. This ensures the fastest possible fulfillment straight from the specialist who made or distributed the part.

Can I return an item?

Yes, but returns are subject to the individual vendor's return policy. You must follow the return instructions provided on our Returns page, which will guide you through returning the item directly to the vendor who fulfilled the order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can check out as a guest, but creating an account allows you to save your billing/shipping information, track multiple orders (from multiple vendors), and easily manage returns and communication history.

How do I know if a part fits my UTV?

We strongly recommend checking the "Fitment" section on every product page. Most vendors list the specific make, model, and year range (e.g., Polaris RZR XP 1000, 2014-2023) the part is designed for. Always verify against your specific vehicle before ordering.

Who provides the product warranty?

The warranty is provided directly by the original vendor or manufacturer of the product. SXS Addicts facilitates the purchase, but all warranty claims, technical support, and troubleshooting must be handled with the vendor who manufactured the part.

Do you sell universal parts?

Yes. Many items like safety equipment, tools, lights, and some communication accessories are universal. If a product is universal, the description will typically state"Universal Fitment"or list a wide range of applications.

How can I track my order?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automated email with your confirmation number. Once shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking and shipping confirmation.
