Products shipped to customer, are to be inspected at time of delivery and if any issues conatct us within 7 days to rectify, any product damaged during shipping will be covered if insurance is purchased and notified at inspection.

Products ordered during this pandemic can sometimes take longer then expected. That’s why we tell customers expect a 3-7 day window for your product to arrive. 

Refunds of products not shipped or picked up are subject to a processing fee client will incur. 

Refunds or returns after 30 days. Sales tax will not be refunded. 

Returns applicable to products in unused condition or if manufacturer defect causes product to fail.

Refunds must be notified within 30 days of purchase
