If you own a side-by-side, you understand all too well the limitations that come with OEM suspension set-ups. And let's be real - those of us with that full-send mentality understand that to reach optimal performance, we're going to have to make some improvements in vehicle stance. And without question, the most budget-friendly and effective way to achieve this is by slapping on some heavy-duty Polaris Pro XP Wheel Spacers. \r\r\r\rIntroducing the Black Ops Machine 1.5 wheel spacers for Polaris: the must-have accessory for the performance-minded owner who wants to give their off-road vehicle some extra swagger. With enhanced stability, improved steering, and a dash of style, it's the secret weapon for unleashing maximum performance and those epic; hold my beer moments. \r\r\r\rOur precision machined XP1000 wheel spacers are made from top-notch 6061-T6 aluminum. They fit a 12mm lug size on a 4x156 bolt pattern. Unlike those boring OEM set-ups, our RZR wheel spacers give you the perfect extension, keeping your tires from rubbing on suspension components or the frame during those wild turns. Even when you're tackling bumps, whoops, and aggressive terrain, we've got you covered! \r\r\r\rThe team at Black Ops Machine has designed this product as fitment for Polaris side-by-side’s including the RZR, XP, and PRO XP.\r\r\r\rTo ensure perfect symmetry, we offer our RZR 1000 wheel spacers in pairs. Remember, follow the recommended torque settings when fastening your wheels to the spacers and spindle. And of course, always give your wheels a good torque whenever you bid them farewell. \r\r
POLARIS WHEEL SPACER FAQ’s
\r\rWe know you've got burning questions about our Black Ops Machine aftermarket replacement parts – and we've got the genuine answers you've been dying to hear. Here are a few FAQs from our valued customers – and those pesky trolls who clearly have nothing better to do than bother us. \r\rQ - What Are the Benefits of Installing Aftermarket Polaris Wheel Spacers?
\r\rA – Accelerating out of sharp corners is crucial for ATV performance. That's why racers and Polaris enthusiasts shell out big bucks on custom suspensions. But here's a cost-saving hack: aftermarket wheel spacers can do the trick just as well, without breaking the bank!\r\r\r\rWheel spacers are going to essentially push out your wheels further, which expands your tires footprint, and thus – creates a more stable platform. The result is that you have improved handling during aggressive road conditions or on smooth surfaces.\r\rQ – Is There a Downside to Installing Aftermarket Wheel Spacers on a Polaris?
\r\rA – When it comes to choosing the right wheel spacers for your trusty all-terrain vehicle - size really matters. Go too wide and you might as well kiss your suspension integrity goodbye. In fact, one of the not-so-fun side effects of using wheel spacers that are too wide is a whole lotta wear and tear on your ball joints and steering components. \r\r\r\rTo dodge this issue, make sure your wheel spacer fitment doesn't go overboard. The sweet spot lies between 1" to 2" - not too little, not too much, just right.\r\rQ – What’s Your Return Policy at Black Ops Machine?
\r\rA – Let's face it, our return policy isn't exactly "iron-clad" or "business-friendly." But hey, we're here for you hardworking Patriots who want to team up with good ol' US-based companies for top-notch replacement parts. Trust us, we've got your back!\r\r\r\rHere's the deal with our return policy: you haven't installed our parts on your ride and still have the original packaging? We'll take it back, no problemo.
